International Pool Finals 2012
Darren Thomas (24) an employee since he was 16, who has honed his skills on the company pool table; was this year selected to represent England at the International Pool Finals held in Dublin. Coborn gladly sponsored Darren, who helped the English Blackball Pool Federation Team reach the Quarter Finals, and he proudly wore the Coborn Logo on his arm in every match.

Andrew Rosindell the Conservative Member of Parliament for Romford since 2001 visited Coborn to commend the company on their recent local Business award and recent nomination to the National Business awards; also to affirm the induction of Coborn to the MADE IN BRITAIN map, a map displaying/celebrating the Best of British Manufacture made up of one company per constituency, formed by the Associate Parliamentary Manufacturing Group.
