RG9: CNC Grinding Machine for PCD, PcBN
In its standard format, the RG9 is a 5 axis CNC PCD grinding machine, plus it has three CNC camera axes. Additional, rotary and linear fixtures can be added to give a 10 axis machine. With the rotary and linear axes, the RG9 is able to produce helical ground PCD tools and K-lands on many PcBN and PCD tools.

The machine is extremely rigid and is purpose designed for mass production of PCD tools. Tool measurement is via a high speed vision system (VS4). Programming is simple and straight-forward.
